Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products should be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- We accept returns on most items, including SDL hoodies, SDL jeans, SDL pants, and SDL sweaters. However, some items such as sale items and customized products are non-returnable. Please check the product details for any specific exclusions.
- Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to send the item back.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges
- If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to process that. However, the exchange item will depend on availability, and you may be required to pay any price differences.
- You must follow the same return process as listed above and specify that you are requesting an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at Contact@skydalimit.org. We will offer you one of the following solutions:
- Full refund for the faulty or damaged item.
- Replacement of the damaged or faulty item, depending on availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the given time frame, please:

Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
